Mama was doing some laundry and I really wanted to know what this was..so I opened it all by myself! But then Mama came back from doing laundry and got mad at me! ....BUT she did let me keep my present! Woo Hoo!!!

Update on Dillon

Okay..I'm sure most of you know by now...but We went BACK to the dr to see Dr. Copple last week...and he did in fact confirm that Dillon had pneumonia and said that it was caused by an upper respiratory infection. He gave him a shot and a stronger RX. Within 20 minutes of getting the shot he was getting his personality back! We went back on Tuesday of last week for a check-up and Dr. Copple was thrilled with how much better Dillon was doing! He shortened his RX time and said that there was still some pneumonia lingering around but that was to be expected and that it would a few more weeks before it was gone! All in all Dillon is doing soo much better...still has a runny nose and a small cough...but we definitely know he is back to normal because he is back at the Christmas Tree snatching off the ornaments and trying to unwrap all of the presents! We are so glad that he is feeling better just in time for Santa!

Update on Little Man:

I took him yesterday to see his normal ped..Dr Copple and he gave me some relief. He didn't want to say that Dillon had pneumonia..but he didn't want to rule it our either. He trusted the other drs diagnosis but he took him off the amoxi and put him on a stronger antibiotic and also gave him an antibiotic shot...which kicked in pretty quickly. With in 20 minutes of the shot he was already getting his personality back. He even grabbed Dr Copple stethoscope and started to "play" doctor. It actually made me want to go buy him a dr's kit! It was very cute to see him smile again..I've missed it terribly. This morning he is doing soo much better..he's playing more and laughing...still very very needy though. He doesn't want to put down at all. It's quite challenging but a relief at the same time. Thank you all for the prayers, support, and words of encouragement..I couldn't have gotten through this without that!

Went to the Dr today...

He couldn't even stay awake at the Dr office while they were testing him and poking him...

So I took Dillon to the Dr today since he hasn't been feeling all that great..and after several hours of waiting..they finally did some blood work and discovered that his white blood cell count was REALLY high...and that told them he was very sick...and then they ordered a chest x-ray which scared the crap out of me. BUT now we know what wrong with baby boy..he has has pneumonia. I can't believe the first time he gets "sick" that it's this severe...I'm a nervous wreck and don't know what to do. But he now has some some antbiotics to get him feeling better. He goes back on Friday to see if he is making any progress. Please keep him in your prayers. And thank you for everything else you've done for us..I will keep you posted on his progress.

baby boy isn't feeling too good

Just wanted to let everyone know that Dillon isn't feeling too good the past couple of days..he has been running a high fever of about 102 to 103 and has a nasty cough. He's been sleeping most of the day today and doesn't have much energy..not even to sit up! He will be going to a new Dr tomorrow morning and I will let you know what he says. We wish we could go to palmetto but BCBS SC dropped Carolina's Medical from the network! BOO!!! Oh well. like I said I will keep you posted tomorrow.

We went to the North Pole!

So Mama woke up REALLY early this morning...and I had no idea why....UNTIL I saw this sign!

slumber party

I had some of my friends come up from Wilmington...and we had a slumber party in the living room! It was alot of fun!
